Yan Jiang TAN is the Director of Operations and Special Projects of ACS Freight Services Pte Ltd (ACS).

As one of the founding directors of ACS, he is responsible for re-alignment of all day-to-day operations functions to support the company’s growth from a 2013 3-man team to a 80+ strong company that it is today. He has also headed the operational expansion into other functions such as, Ocean Freight, Ship Spares Logistics, AOG Logistics, Local Trucking to complement the core business of Air Freight/Cargo in Singapore.

Prior to joining ACS, Yan Jiang was a business analyst with Hewlett-Packard and was responsible for streamlining business processes to achieve enhanced efficiency and cost saving.

Radu is the Group CEO at Alcott Global. He has been working on C-level and top-management executive search assignments with Fortune 500 companies and local conglomerates, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and e-commerce, for over 12 years.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, he is the co-author of the bestselling book “From Source to Sold”, a compilation of the best leadership case studies in global supply chains. He is also the host of the “Leaders in Value Chain” Podcast, which is consistently ranked among the Top 5 Global Industry Podcasts.

Radu has been featured in World Economic Forum, Bloomberg, Forbes as well as the MIT Supply Chain Talent Magazine. And has been named as one of the Top 3 Global Supply Chain Influencers on LinkedIn.

With more than 28 years of experience in the air cargo and logistics industry, Rodney joined the Alliance 21 Group in 2014, after management stints with Singapore Airlines Cargo, BAX Global/Schenker and Nippon Cargo Airlines. He currently drives technology usage and adoption for the Group, and led the development of the company’s portal ALEX.world. In his role, he also oversees other developmental aspects such as human capital and marketing and communications.

Born in Hamburg and a Singapore citizen since 2000, Ralf holds a postgraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Hamburg. With over 25 years of banking experience, he has a strong track record in ship and renewable energy finance, including leadership roles such as Chief Risk Officer Asia and General Manager APAC of a leading German bank. Since 2001, Ralf has contributed significantly to Maritime Singapore.

Appointed Honorary HamburgAmbassador in 2015, he now manages nine cooperation projects between Hamburg and Singapore. Since 2021, he has led AMFS Pte. Ltd., advising companies across maritime, sustainability, fintech, and mobility, and facilitating cross-border business between Europe and Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore and Vietnam.

Dr. Nick Chapman is a supply chain risk management professional with 13 years’ experience, gained in major cargo loss investigation, as well as marine risk consulting, underwriting and broking, on the ground in almost 55 countries.

As the Head of Cargo and Logistics Asia at Aon, Nick is responsible for the retention, growth and strategic direction of this portfolio in Asia. He regularly consults with businesses to identify, understand and manage exposure and risk across their global supply chain.

Nick has an IRM certificate in Supply Chain Risk Management, is a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and a member of the Transport Incident System working group at Transported Asset Protection Association APAC.

He has previously held voluntary industry positions on the Loss Prevention Technical Committee for the International Union of Marine Insurance and as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Maritime Crime and Security, among others.

In addition of being Fabrice the founder and CEO of ASAFA, he is also the CEO of Studio28, an advisory company dedicated to achieve sustainable growth. Before establishing ASAFA and Studio28, Fabrice was Airbus President and Head of Airbus Commercial Aircraft for Korea. He spearheaded Airbus strategic positioning in Korea, overseeing commercial aircraft sales and customer relations, government affairs, industrial cooperation, sustainability strategy and managing operations across the country. He also chaired the Aerospace and Defense Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Earlier in his career, Fabrice was the General Manager of Airbus Hong Kong, where he led Airbus Aircraft Sales campaigns with airlines across Asia, placing hundreds of aircraft in the region. He has an extensive aviation background with over 20 years of experience in Asia. Fabrice is an alumnus of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership (UK), ESSEC Business School, Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) and ISAE-Supaero (France).

Christopher Ludwig is chief content officer for Automotive Logistics, a media and events platform specialised in the global automotive logistics and supply chain management industry.

He is also responsible for other B2B automotive titles including Automotive Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) and Car Design News (CDN) as well as business intelligence and analysis. Ludwig is responsible for developing leading information and growing expert audiences across events and publications for dedicated expert groups especially in the automotive industry, and is a frequent host and speaker at global industry events, including the global series of Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain conferences.

Christopher Ludwig has 20 years’ experience in journalism and media and has been covering the automotive industry since 2007. He has a Master of Science in Media and Communication from the London School of Economics.

Frederick is the Global Head of Cargo at AVIAREPS, one of the world’s leading GSA and representation firms, headquartered in Munich, Germany. Frederick is in charge of developing, implementing and transforming AVIAREPS’s Cargo GSSA strategy by working with existing Airline partners and forging new relationships. Using AVIAREPS’ extensive office network across 72 countries, AVIAREPS is becoming a global player in the Cargo GSSA landscape through their use of digital tools, data strategies and local cargo experts.

Jeff is the founder of Belli, a vc-backed startup that builds air cargo software for airlines and is onboarding 1 new airline csutomer every month. Jeff is the former Chief Product Officer at AirAsia cargo, built the flight system for SpaceX, and is a former Partner at McKinsey (aviation and logistics).

Qiao Hui builds air cargo software at Belli, a VC-backed air cargo technology startup. Before Belli, she was part of the Product team at Teleport AirAsia and started her career as a lawyer—so she builds software that’s both legally airtight and operationally bulletproof. She’s obsessed with making air cargo workflows simpler, faster, and less reliant on spreadsheets. Her approach? Build tools that cargo teams actually want to use—no fluff, just tech that works.

Florian Pinz is the Managing Director of Blue Water Shipping for Singapore & Malaysia, leading the company’s Energy, Ports & Projects (EP&P) division in the cluster. With over 20 years of experience in shipping and logistics, Florian and team specialize in complex project cargo solutions for the offshore energy, power, and infrastructure sectors. Together they have delivered logistics excellence for topside modules, gas turbines, and renewable energy assets across Southeast Asia. Florian’s focus is on operational efficiency and strategic and sustainable growth. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Florian plays a key role in advancing the company’s efforts in green logistics, including carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects. He is a strong advocate for building trusted partnerships that drive value across the supply chain. Florian is based in Singapore and regularly contributes to industry dialogues on energy transition and logistics transformation.

Martin Schulze is the CEO of BusinessCode and its spin-off, BlueBox Systems, a start-up specializing in supply chain visibility and collaboration. With over 25 years of experience in logistics and IT, he has played a key role in creating innovative solutions that harness data and digitalization.
Martin joined BusinessCode in 1999 as a software developer, advancing to CEO in 2018. In 2020, he spearheaded the launch of BlueBox Systems, leveraging decades of expertise in logistics digitalization. Under his leadership, BlueBox Systems developed advanced tools like “BlueBoxCargo,” enabling real-time tracking for air and ocean freight. Martin focuses strategically on the freight market’s complexities and innovation opportunities.
In recent time his main focus is leveraging the power of AI to further increase the value of visibility to optimize the management in the logistics.

Sundararaman Anandan is the Global Logistics Lead at Boeing, bringing over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Consulting across FMCG, Hi-Tech, Industrial, Retail, and Logistics sectors. He has held key roles with Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola, DB Schenker, Schneider Electric, HP, and Kellogg, working across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert, Sundararaman specializes in inventory planning, network optimization, and end-to-end logistics across air, ocean, land, and express modes, including 3PL/4PL management and warehousing. He leads global and regional logistics strategies with oversight of procurement and commercial operations exceeding $ 600 million.

His contributions include the successful implementation of WMS, TMS, and advanced planning systems. A respected voice in the industry, he is a frequent keynote speaker at leading Supply Chain and Logistics conferences across Asia, offering deep insights drawn from a broad international career.

Sharmine leads Boeing’s aviation decarbonization strategies in Southeast Asia to advance sustainable aerospace through policy, strategic partnerships and technology innovation. She drives aviation climate policies that accelerates Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), and actively engages on public policy issues in the areas of aviation environmental policies, national climate policies, and sustainability disclosure developments.

Sharmine also serves as Co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Sustainability and Environment Committee. With over a decade of experience, Sharmine was formerly Sustainability lead at the Singapore Environment Council and NUS Centre for Governance and Sustainability.

Sharmine holds a Masters in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore. She was conferred a scholar and valedictorian from the University of Queensland, Australia where she graduated with a Bachelor in International Hotel and Tourism Management (1st class honor), specializing in sustainable tourism.

Van Pham is the Head of Supply Chain at Bosch Rexroth Vietnam & Thailand, where she spearheads end-to-end logistics and operations to deliver exceptional customer-centric value. With a wealth of experience in supply chain management, Van specializes in optimizing transport logistics through comprehensive digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and resilience.

Her passion for innovation drives her to implement advanced digital solutions, such as real-time tracking systems, predictive analytics, and automated inventory management, which streamline processes and significantly reduce operational costs.

Van advocates for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to navigate the complexities of modern supply chains, to create sustainable while minimizing environmental impact.

Lars Baeumann is an industry veteran with more than 40 years’ experience in the automotive industry in Germany, Mexico and the Slovak Republic, mostly in leading roles for the Volkswagen Group in production, logistics and IT.

This included the IT responsibility for production, logistics and plants worldwide. Since 2024 Lars Bäumann is located in Kuala Lumpur, where he is Representative SouthEastAsia of BVL The Supply Chain Network.

Andress Lam, Head of Cargo Digital at Cathay Cargo, has been instrumental in leading digital transformation within the air cargo industry. With a strong background in digital technology and IT, her strategic initiatives have significantly enhanced Cathay Cargo’s digital capabilities.

With over a decade of experience at Cathay Pacific, Andress has a proven track record of executing complex IT projects across various business units. This extensive background allows her to effectively drive digital initiatives with diverse stakeholders across the industry, positioning Cathay Cargo as a digital leader.

Or Zak started his career in the airfreight industry in 2008 as Manager Air Import for Courier Network at ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv.

After two years he entered the GSA business working for AD Aviation Servies under the tenure of Business Development Manager.

In 2012 he moved to the UK as Cargo Manager for EL AL and in 2015 became the Managing Director for Global Airline Services (Holland) & Chartair UK.

He joined the Challenge Group in 2022 taking the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer.
